Parents and educators often ask why children engage in challenging behaviours.
During the workshop participants will explore four goals of behaviour as described by Austrian Psychologist Rudolph Dreikurs and discuss helpful ways to respond and guide children in our care.
Dreikurs described four goals of misbehaviour:
1. To gain attention
2. To gain power and control
3. To gain revenge
4. To display feelings of inadequacy
